For this event, we’re back on the beach for March’s Morning Mind and Movement! Amy Reese, one of our favorite instructors will be leading a Blast Class at sunrise. What is M3 Blast? It is a high-intensity workout session that targets cardio, strength, and endurance. This fast-paced class incorporates a variety of exercises to maximize calorie burn and build muscle. Participants can expect to sweat, feel challenged, and experience a sense of accomplishment in these energetic group workouts.
